Founded in 2025 by Urmila Barthwal and Shantanu Barthwal, our journey began with one simple idea — take familiar flavours from the hills and elevate them into something exceptional.

What started as Urmila’s dream of building her own bakery grew into a movement driven by pure ingredients, bold imagination, and clean snacking values. Shantanu brought the vision to scale those homegrown recipes into a modern automated brand.

From a small kitchen concept, we evolved into a fully automated zero human touch production line offering 35+ unique snack variants crafted to bring a new flavour culture to India.
